Last night was a runaway success due to your culinary expertise and smooth organisational abilities. The food you prepared was absolutely delicious and I can speak on behalf of every guest who all commented on the excellent fare.One guest,a Master Chef from London, thought the food was the best she'd had at a function the whole time she has been in Australia(2 years). Thank you also to the staff who were professional, friendly and who missed nothing. We look forward to using your sevices again in the near future.
